Mahabaleshwar is located about 125 kilometers southwest of Pune and 285 kilometers from Mumbai, Mahabaleshwar bound by scenic valleys on all sides. Traveling to Mahabaleshwar by road tourists will find winding roads along scenic mountains on both sides of roads. Mahabaleshwar boat club is where tourists can rent boats or go for boat rides as a group. Boat Club and lake are visible as tourists drive in to Mahabaleshwar after the toll points. Once in the interior of Mahabaleshwar be prepared to do quite a bit of walking if you wish to truly explore the various tourist places.
